Former Morgantown resident Carla Ann (Scrougham) Fisher, 65, died Thursday morning, July 14, 2016, at IU Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas G. “Tom” Fisher; children, John (Annette) Spencer of Camby, Todd (Lisa) Spencer of Dunedin, Florida, and Michael Spencer of Avon; eight grandchildren and several siblings.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, John H. Spencer; and several siblings.

Bro. Jeff Bryant will conduct a funeral at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 16 at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center, 179 E. Mulberry St. in Morgantown. Friends can call from 11 a.m. until service time at the funeral home.
