NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
TO THE OWNERS OF THE WITHIN DESCRIBED REAL ESTATE AND ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Brown County, on Cause No. 07C01-1512-MF-000396 wherein SRP 2015-2 LLC, was Plaintiff and CLAYBIE L. HOSKINS, SANDRA HOSKINS, FIRST MERCHANTS BANK, NA, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on August 11, 2016 at the hour of 10:00 a.m. at 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
