A man involved in accident on Deckard Ridge Road June 12 was arrested for drunken driving.

When police arrived at 3:33 p.m., Caleb Peek, 41, was in the driver’s seat of the 2001 Volkswagen Golf. Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Scott Bowling reported smelling alcohol on Peek and that his balance was off, the report said.

A breath test showed his blood-alcohol content to be 0.22, more than twice the legal limit of 0.08.

On June 13, he was charged with three alcohol-related misdemeanors and driving while suspended, a Class A infraction.
