VARIANCE

BROWN COUNTY AREA BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

Notice is hereby given that the Brown County Area Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on June 29, 2016 at 6:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room in the County Office Building. The purpose of the meeting is to consider a petition by Chandler J. and Sharon M. Ketner for a variance from the front setback to the center of the road to allow installation of a storage shed.

Legal description of premises:

Fifty (50) feet off the” North end of Lot Number SW-233 in Prince’s Sweetwater Lake Addition, Plat Number 7, which plat is recorded in Miscellaneous Record No. 12, on page 17, in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.

Subject to all the restrictions and covenants set forth in a Warranty Deed from Sweetwater Lake, Inc., as recorded August 17-,’ 1966 in Deed Record No. 76, on pages 262-263, in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.

Subject to any utility easements, highways, or rights-of-way of record affecting said real estate.

Commonly known as 6772 Greywolf Drive, Nineveh, IN, 46164.

Lot Number SW-234 in Prince’s Sweetwater Lake Addition No.  7 in Hamblen Township, Brown County,  Indiana, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Misc. Record No. 12 on Page 17 in the office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.

Commonly known as 6784 Greywolf Drive, Nineveh, IN 46164.

The property is located at 6784 Grey Wolf Drive in the Sweetwater Conservancy District

The file on this matter is available for public inspection 10 days prior to the hearing, during regular working hours at the Brown County Area Plan Commission office in the County Office Building, Nashville, Indiana.

All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard in reference to the matters set out in the application. Written comments regarding the petition, which are filed with the secretary of the Area Plan Commission before the hearing, will be considered. The hearing may be continued from time to time.
