Brown County Extension Homemakers are holding their annual garage sale June 24 and 25.

It was very successful last year in raising more than $700 for our Brown County 4-H’ers. This allowed many of our youth to attend camp and 4-H-sponsored trips.

We could not have done this without the generous donations of items received last year from the community. So, if you have stuff gathering dust in the shed, back room or garage, we would appreciate their donation.

We can even take your leftover garage sale items. Last year we had several booths from families too isolated to have a sale at their home.

Booth space is available and the $30 fee (for two days) goes directly to 4-H. The day’s profit for your booth is yours. Call the Purdue Extension office for more info at 812-988-5495.
