Linda S. (Adair) Koch, 66, Bloomington, died Jan 16, 2016 at IU Health Bloomington.

She is survived by her son, Zachary Koomler; and brother, Robert James Adair, both of Nashville.

Graveside inurment will be at noon, Sunday, May 15, in Shiloh Cemetery, Unionville.

A celebration of life will follow at Port Hole Inn, 8939 E. South Shore Drive.

Arrangements are through Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
