NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Brown Circuit Court of Brown County, Indiana, in Cause No. 07C01-1502-MF-000076 wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. S/B/M to Bank One N.A. was Plaintiff, and The Unknown Heirs and Devisees of Quinten J. Butt, Deceased and Jessica George were Defendants, required me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 9th day of June, 2016, at the hour of 10:00 am, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at Brown County Jail, 55 State Road 46 East, Nashville, IN 47448, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Brown County, Indiana.
Lot Number Seven (No. 7) in Hoosier Highlands Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Miscellaneous Record No. 7, on page 164, in the Office of the Recorder of Brown County, Indiana.
More commonly known as 1086 Old State Road 46, Nashville, IN 47448-9208

Together with rents, issues, income and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
