Donna L. (Moran) Velez, 52, Nineveh, died Sunday, April 24, 2016 at Our Hospice Of South Central Indiana in Columbus.

She is survived by her husband, John Velez of Nineveh; father, Junice Moran of Greenwood; daughter, Amanda (Mark) Wilcox of Columbus; son, Nick (Felicia) Velez of Nineveh; three grandchildren; and a brother, Robert “Bobby” Moran of Greenwood.

A private memorial service will be conducted at a later date. Cremation services are entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
