VAN BUREN TWP. — A Becks Grove Road woman has been charged with felony domestic battery after police say she bit and hit a man in front of children.

Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Gregory Pittman reported in a probable cause affidavit that Linda S. Linville, 43, bit a man’s finger and threw a chair at him, which hit his forehead.

The man refused medical treatment. Two children were in the home at the time of the April 20 incident, according to a probable cause affidavit.

Linville was charged with domestic battery and disorderly conduct on April 21. The battery charge was increased to a felony because it was in the presence of minors.
