BALTIMORE — Authorities say a 20-year-old has been arrested in connection with the murder of a Morgan State University student in February.

Local news media report that Baltimore Police Commissioner Kevin Davis announced the arrest of Harry Malik Robertson on Thursday.

Police say Morgan State University Sophomore Gerald Williams was stabbed in the groin during a fight about an “inconsequential amount of money” at an off-campus apartment complex on Feb. 1. The fight started after Morgan men’s basketball team beat its crosstown rival, Coppin State.

Police say Robertson has been charged with first-and-second degree murder. Robertson is a former Morgan State student.
