The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 9 North, Range 1 East, Brown County, Indiana. EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following described tract: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 9 North, Range 1 East; running thence North 40 rods 9 feet; thence South 81 degrees East 104 feet; thence North 811/2 degrees East 194 feet; thence South 87 1/2 degrees East 66 feet; thence South 64 degrees East 67 feet; thence South 37 degrees East 73.5 feet; thence South 9 degrees East 99 feet; thence South 6 1/2 degrees West 254 feet; thence South 8 degrees East 63 feet; thence South 27 degrees East 69 feet; thence South 46 3/4 degrees East 120 feet to the South line of said quarter quarter section; thence West 33 rods to the place of beginning.Containing after said exception 33 acres, more or less.
