C. David Spiece, 57, of Columbus, died at 1:30 a.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2016, at Our Hospice of South Central Indiana Inpatient Facility.

David is survived by his wife, Julia A. Spiece of Columbus; son, C.J. (Lauren) Spiece of Columbus; daughter, Amy (Greg) Craft of Elizabethtown; brother, Ed Spiece of Fishers; sisters, Charlotte Spiece of Indianapolis and Vickie McCoy of Nashville; and five grandchildren.

A funeral service was conducted March 18 at Myers-Reed Chapel in Columbus with the Revs. Nelson Lee and Andy Kilps officiating. Calling was March 17 and prior to the service at the chapel. Burial was in Garland Brook Cemetery, Columbus.
