Georgina Rowland Barr passed peacefully on Tuesday morning, Feb. 23, 2016, while wintering in Florida.

She was born Georgina Vogler in Jasper, Indiana, on Feb. 22, 1940.

She married John Rowland Sr. on June 14, 1970, and was married until his passing in 2007. She later married Ned Barr, who survives.

She is also survived by countless family, friends and church members.

A memorial service will be Saturday, March 19 at St. Agnes Catholic Church, 1008 McLary Road, Nashville. The service will be at 11 a.m., followed by Mass at noon and lunch at 1 p.m.
