BE IT KNOWN, that Nationstar Mortgage LLC d/b/a Champion Mortgage Company, the above-named

Plaintiff, by its attorney, Amanda L. Krenson, has filed in the office of the Clerk of the Brown Circuit Court its Complaint against Defendant T. Dolores Mobley, and the said Plaintiff having also filed in said Clerk’s office the affidavit of a competent person showing that the residence and whereabouts of the Defendant, T. Dolores Mobley. upon diligent inquiry is unknown, and that said cause of action is for default on the promissory note and to foreclose a mortgage on the following described real estate in Brown County, State of Indiana, to wit:

Tract Number CD-66A in Cordry Park in Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, being an unplatted tract of land more particularly described as follows, to-wit: A part of the former C. W. Cordry Farm located in the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 17, Township 10 North, Range 4 East of the Second Principal Meridian. Description starting at the center of said section and proceeding 96.20 feet North and 269.62 feet East and 788.70 feet North and 94.50 feet North 81 degrees 19 minutes West and 287.00 feet South 07 degrees 39 minutes East and 38.12 feet South 09 degrees 48 minutes East and 105.16 feet South 22 degrees 35 minutes East to a point of beginning; thence South 66 degrees 42 minutes West 282.05 feet; thence South 72 degrees 33 minutes East 49.04 feet; thence North 81 degrees 10 minutes East 251.52 feet; thence North 22 degrees 35 minutes West 94.70 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.41 of an acre, more or less.

Also, Tract Number CD-66B in Cordry Park in Hamblen Township, Brown County, Indiana, being an unplatted tract of land more particularly described as follows, to-wit: A part of the former C. W. Cordry farm located in the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 17, Township 10 North, Range 4 East of the Second Principal Meridian. Description starting at the center of said section and proceeding 96.20 feet North and 269.62 feet East and 788.70 feet North and 94.50 feet North and 81 degrees 19 minutes West and 287.00 feet South 07 degrees 39 minutes East and 64.27 feet South 38 degrees 56 minutes West to a point of beginning, thence South 44 degrees 04 minutes West 229.03 feet; thence South 30 degrees 57 minutes West 41.44 feet; thence South 72 degrees 27 minutes East 4.63 feet; thence North 66 degrees 42 minutes East 282.05 feet; thence North 22 degrees 35 minutes West 105.16 feet; thence South 75 degrees 01 minutes west 48.52 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.48 of an acre, more or less.

NOW, THEREFORE, said Defendant is hereby notified of the filing and pendency of said Complaint against them and that unless they appear and answer or otherwise defend thereto within thirty (30) days after the last notice of this action is published, judgment by default may be entered against said Defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
