You are notified that you have been sued in the Court above named by the Roger P. Beckemeyer and Janet K. Beckemeyer named as plaintiffs and crossclaim plaintiffs. The nature of the suit in Cause No. 07CO1-1506-PL-000222 is a Complaint to Cancel Contract for Damages and in Cause No. 07CO1-1507-MF-000235 is a Cross Claim in a Complaint for Real Estate Mortgage Foreclosure.
This summons by publication is specifically directed to the following-named defendant: Matthew R. Crist, whose whereabouts are unknown.
In addition to the above-named defendant being served by this summons, there may be other defendants who have an interest in this lawsuit.
If you have a claim for relief against this plaintiff arising from the same transaction or occurrence, you must assert it in your written answer.
You must answer the complaint in writing by you or your attorney on or before the 15th day of March, 2016; and if you fail to do so, a judgment will be entered against you for what the plaintiff has demanded.
