Brook A. Wooldridge, 47, Martinsville, died Friday morning, Feb. 19, 2016, at Franciscan St. Francis Health in Indianapolis.

Brook is survived by his daughter, Brooke D. Wooldridge of Illinois; parents, Ernie and Laura Wooldridge of Nineveh; sister, Vicky Wooldridge of Martinsville; and brother, Casey (Nancy) Wooldridge of Trafalgar.

A gathering will take place at a later date.

Cremation was handled by Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.
