Former Morgantown resident Vicky K. Seaman, 56, Columbus, died Thursday afternoon, Jan. 28, 2016, at Columbus Regional Hospital.

She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer L. Hamilton (Garth McDermid) of Columbus; longtime companion, Greg Smock of Columbus; siblings, Suzy Murphy and Janet Prather of Paragon, Crickett Hollett of Nashville, Francine McWhorter of Indianapolis, Randy Reigel of Paragon, Rick McWhorter of Michigan City, Wayne McWhorter of Columbus, and Tim Clark and Jamie McWhorter of Indianapolis; stepmother, Carol McWhorter of Indianapolis; three grandchildren; and a great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn A. Seaman.

The Rev. Burt Brock conducted a funeral service Feb. 2 at Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown. Friends called prior to services at the funeral home.
