Maxine Hensley DeGlandon, 98, of North Vernon, died at 4:10 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 7, 2016, at Dearborn County Hospital in Lawrenceburg.

She is survived by daughters, Barbara Carter of Butlerville, Mary Lou Gootee and Judy (Dale) Shepherd, both of North Vernon, Marg DeGlandon of Nashville and Peggy Lee (Charles) Skinner of Southport, North Carolina; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; two foster great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and five foster great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Amos Ira DeGlandon; and sons, Stephen Ray and Michael Wayne DeGlandon.

The funeral was conducted Feb. 11 at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home & Cremation Services in North Vernon. Calling was Feb. 10 and prior to the service. Burial was in Rush Branch United Methodist Church Cemetery in Jennings County.
